As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and managing deadlines efficiently.

Your role will involve direct communication with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with our team to meet those needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
• Coordinate with the internal team to assign tasks and manage project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients updated on the status.

Requirements:

• Availability to work from 12 pm to 9 pm.
• Stable internet connection.
• Access to a functional laptop capable of handling work tasks efficiently.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, WordPress, and Shopify.
